Property Description

Discover a rare opportunity to own 125 acres of breathtaking land featuring panoramic mountain views, a winding stream, and two serene man-made ponds. This exceptional property offers a unique blend of natural beauty, historic charm, and endless potential. At the heart of the property sits a rustic two-story hunting lodge, originally built in 1900. While it has electricity, it currently does not have running water, preserving its authentic off-grid feel. The lodge serves as a cozy retreat for hunters or weekend adventurers looking to reconnect with nature. Of the 125 acres, approximately 100 are enrolled in forestry use, with the last selective cutting done in 2017 and the next scheduled for 2027—an excellent opportunity for long-term land management and investment. The remaining 25 acres are cleared and currently leased to a local farmer for hay production, providing passive income and agricultural use. Whether you're looking to restore the original homestead and accompanying outbuildings, build your dream residence overlooking the mountains, create an equestrian or livestock haven, or continue using it as a peaceful hunting escape—this land offers endless possibilities. Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of countryside paradise. Properties like this are becoming increasingly rare. Schedule your showing today and let your imagination run wild. House and structures are as-is due to age.
